Laumeier Sculpture Park 's first ever ONLINE ART FAIR May 8-11, 2020

Facing the covid 19 pandemic forced this art fair, usually held on Mother's Day Weekend, to cancel. Instead they are putting on an online sale for the same wekend

Portions of the proceeds benefit this beautiful Sculpture Park in St. Louis.  I am pleased to be involved with this effort to continue promoting the arts during this challenging crisis.  

City of Bloomington Utilites Show Opening Reception, February 3rd, 5:45-6:15pm

5 of my paintings of water will be loaned to the City of Bloomington Water Department for a year.

I am looking forward to my work being seen regularly by the citizenry of Bloomington, Indiana, my home town.  

29th Annual Sycamore Land Trust Celebration

My painting will be featured in the Auction

Friday October is the Sycamore Land Trust's 29th Annual Celebration. My painting "Along Beanblosom Bottoms" will be featured in the silent auction. The event begins at 5:30pm at the Monroe Convention Center (302 S College Ave, Bloomington). The reception (5:30-7:00) will feature a silent auction; local drinks from Oliver Winery, Upland Brewing, and Cardinal Spirits; live jazz piano by Alex Weiss Hills; and hors d'oeuvres. The dinner buffet will open at 6:45, and the program will begin at 7:15.

"Water is Life"

Showing new paintings at the Rosemary P Miller gallery at the Ivy Tech John Waldron Art Center,122 S Walnut St, Bloomington, IN 47404.  I am honored to share my work again in this great venue for seeing art.  June 4-23 

Using water as subject, I explore abstraction, movement, and light on this earthly life giving element. 

IN/A 87th Annual Juried Exhibition at the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields

This organization, Indiana Artists, has enjoyed longevity and its showcase event (87 years) is the group show at the Indianapolis Museum.  The exhibit is from April 5 through June 1 .  Spring at the Indianapolis Museum, a fun trip!    

"Water, Light, Movement" Solo Exhibit at the Evansville Museum of Arts, Science & History

This Pavilion is a spacious light filled area that can be seen just as you go in the Museum.  I am looking forward to seeing some of my larger pieces displayed there.  Subject matter will concentrate on 2 series: Abstract water and light, and Waterfalls.  Fun!

"Growth: Healing Throught Art" Group Show

This subject seemed tailor made for my work, and I was happy to have it included in a show that expresses the healing aspects of art.
